![]() In the past it seemed like they were about one crime and the whole group having to pull together to solve it. However, they seem to only be about Lindsay and Joe’s relationship now, and this book was mostly focused on terrorism, which doesn’t really seem like a job a homicide detective would get put in charge of. I’ve read every book in this series except one, and I can definitely say the first ten or so were pretty great. Patterson books are easy to read fast and also have short chapters, so it’s easy to set it down. I have two little kids, so trying to read a long, drawn-out book can be quite difficult. The main thing I love about James Patterson books is they are quick reads. ![]() Thankfully she has her friends in the Women’s Murder Club to help her with both tasks. As a homicide detective, Lindsay has to work incredibly hard to put a mastermind behind bars for the deaths of twenty-nine people, all while trying to help her husband heal. ![]() He’s caught in a secondary blast, causing broken bones and some brain damage. Lindsay is arresting a man who seems suspicious while Joe runs in to look for survivors. ![]() As they are having their romantic dinner on the pier, a nearby science museum explodes and they both rush to help. Recently separated from her husband, Joe, following the events of the last book, they decide to go on a date to try to rekindle the romance. Lindsay Boxer is back again in the 16th Seduction, the next installment in the Women’s Murder Club series. ![]()
